P2 - ARCHE
The mission of our association is to help young people and people who are at risk of exclusion – disability, dysfunctional families, war refugees, learning problems, various forms of addiction (from the well-known problems with alcohol and drugs to new infections, i.e. dopamine addiction, exhaustion adrenal glands or escape into virtual reality).
In our activities, we support building tolerance and gender equality, among others: through a talent survey conducted by the Gallup Institute – the oldest public opinion research institute in the world.
By teaching young people how to work with their talents, we make them aware that each of them has a separate value that they can offer to the world.
Due to the pressing problem of posture defects and deformations of the cervical spine, the so-called “smart phone Neck”, which affects younger and younger
people, our next mission is to break the spell of “school trauma, PE”.
By teaching young people a new concept of movement that corresponds to current knowledge about research on fascia, we create a solid base of new habits that will help them in the future counteract the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle.
“Unfortunately, research also shows that educational games and applications for children, which they often use on their modern devices, are often overrated. This is due to, among others, from the role that the so-called mirror neurons.
This is a group of nerve cells that enable us to imitate other people’s behavior and to empathize with their situation. They are the basis for empathy, but also for learning and socialization. These processes develop and proceed much better when the child is accompanied by other people – parents, teachers, siblings, peers. Real, interacting with the child, making eye contact, smiling, able to be perceived on many levels and with various senses.
Research shows that the most effective learning is based on imitation, cooperation and engaging various senses simultaneously (through sight, hearing, movement, sense of balance, etc.). It is for this reason that even the best game cannot replace a living caregiver or playmate.”
The vision of our association is to organize trips abroad for young people, during which they will have the opportunity to rediscover themselves in a world that is so dynamic today.
Knowing the problems and threats that affect today’s youth, we create a vision of change that will help stop the developing plague of obesity, depression, emotional disorders and addictions.
